Mediation Rates

2 Party Case: $350 per party, per hour
3 Party Case: $300 per party, per hour
4 Party Case: $250 per party, per hour
5+ Party Case: Flat Rate Available Upon Request

*Daily rate Available Upon Request

**4 hours minimum for all mediations

Administrative fee: $200.00 per party
In person, room rental fee: $250.00 per room

Cancellation Policy:

Notice of cancellation or postponement of a scheduled mediation hearing must be RECEIVED at least 30 calendar days before the mediation’s scheduled commencement of the mediation conference. Absent such timely notification, the parties will be billed 4 hours of their pro rata shares (split equally per party) of the cancellation/postponement fee per day reserved for the mediation conference plus pro rata share of travel time (fees for scheduled travel days that cannot be ‘resold’) plus expenses incurred, e.g., airline change fees or penalties (if applicable). Mediations cancelled, rescheduled or settled within 21 calendar days of the mediation will be billed 8 hours of their pro rata shares (split equally per party) of the cancellation/postponement fee per day reserved for the mediation conference plus pro rata share of travel time (fees for scheduled travel days that cannot be ‘resold’) plus expenses incurred, e.g., airline change fees or penalties (if applicable).

Arbitration Rates

Study Rate – $700 per hour
Hearing Rate – $7,000 per day
Travel Rate – $5,600 per day

Cancellation policy:

Notice of cancellation or postponement of a scheduled Arbitration Hearing must be RECEIVED as follows: If a single-day Arbitration Hearing scheduled on the merits of the case cancels or reschedules within 30 calendar days of the hearing, the parties will be charged 4 hours of the Arbitrator’s hourly rate. However, if the single-day Arbitration Hearing cancels or reschedules within 21 calendar days of the hearing, the parties will be charged 8 hours of the Arbitrator’s hourly rate.

Notice of cancellation or postponement of a scheduled multi-party Arbitration Hearing must be RECEIVED as follows: If a multi-day Arbitration Hearing scheduled on the merits of the case cancels or reschedules within 30 calendar days of the hearing, the parties will be charged 4 hours of the Arbitrator’s hourly rate for each day reserved for the hearing. However, if the multi-day Arbitration Hearing cancels or reschedules within 21 calendar days of the Hearing, the parties will be charged 8 hours of the Arbitrator’s hourly rate for each day reserved for the hearing.
